The practice was initially established in 1989 by Ashoek Adhikari, and since 1999 Michael Dixon has been at the helm. The firm thus has a history of over 31 years.
The firm is a 100% owned and staffed BEE enterprise, and Black Economic Empowerment is accordingly a philosophy both practised and encouraged.
